About Us
Phenomenal Dance Company’s approach to dance is to provide phenomenal, well-rounded training in an environment that nurtures technique, commitment, determination, dedication, community, and self-awareness and confidence. We accomplish these goals by our instructors modeling these characteristics to both the dancers and families that are members of our program. We provide workshops and experiences for our dancers that foster these values. Developing well-rounded and technically sound dancers is the goal.

Welcome to Phenomenal Dance Company
The Best Dance Company & Studio In the City of Milwaukee, WI Since 2017
Phenomenal Dance Company was formed in 2017 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by Octribian D. Jones Jr. The team is based in the Phenomenal Dance Studio. A second studio is located in Racine, Wisconsin.
The team consists of female and male senior dancers from ages 6-17; the junior dancers age from 6-10 and the Baby Dancers age from 10-17.
Phenomenal Dance Company was designed to cater to the children of today. We at Phenomenal Dance Company have a vison to create an avenue where young artists are able to express their selves through dance in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Phenomenal Dance Company Staff and Sponsors believe that together we can assist in making a difference in the lives of our dancers by giving them enormous support. We promise to give your child the ability to grow as a dancer, student and person.
We are always open to suggestions, so please give us a call and/or email us with any ideas that you feel can assist your child and our community to be successful.

Phenomnal Grad: 2021 (Captain) Favorite thing: trying new foods, diy projects, & doing hair. Fun fact: I love Mexican food. For this upcoming season I am most excited about the new and different challenges we will face together through dance.

Phenomenal-Grad: 2016 (Captain) Favorite thing: Taking naps Fun Fact: My favorite food is chicken nuggets Most excited for this season: I am most excited to see this team grow and try new things this season. I am looking forward to working with new and returning dancers and pushing them to the best of their ability both in dance and in life!

Phenomenal-Grad: 2020 Favorite Thing: Dancing Fun Fact: I’m now vegetarian Most excited for this season: I’m most excited for really developing an artistry with the girls with their hip-hop skills while also including technical elements within the technique and just truly teaching the girls!

Phenomenal Dance Company was established to provide the youth in the inner city of Milwaukee with a variety of learning concepts in dance, travel opportunities, and to positively motivate the participants while promoting self-respect, education, and college possibilities. We strive to aid members in building a solid foundation in dedication, motivation, respect, maturity, personal responsibility, pride, technique, and performance.
Phenomenal Dance Company is a non-profit organization, dedicated to the youth of Milwaukee WI.
