What dance means?

Dance, the movement of the body in a rhythmic way, usually to music and within a given space, for the purpose of expressing an idea or emotion, releasing energy, or simply taking delight in the movement itself.

Dance burns calories, strengthens muscles, improves balance, increases flexibility, and gives the heart a good workout. Dance has also been proven to increase cognitive development.

Is tumbling good for dance?

For dance, tumbling is useful because it can add variety to your dance routine. Throwing in an aerial or other tumbling tricks helps show the dancer's skills too. Either way, learning tumbling as a dancer is a good move too.

The section of the band that is always misunderstood. They DO know how to read music (yeah drummers in the band also play mallet instruments in concerts, what a concept) and have the most challenging music, but band is NOT their life. They have to master playing 50+ different insturments, which is why most people find it so fun. Band directors usually blame the drumline for their problems.
